What to Include in Your Text

The faster we can see what we're working with, the faster you get a flat price back. When you text us photos at 704-713-4663, including these four things gets the most accurate estimate the fewest back-and-forth messages:

1. 2–3 photos of the dent from different angles. Direct sunlight or under a garage light helps the depth show up.
2. One photo with a coin or credit card next to the dent for size reference. Dents smaller than a half dollar can usually be priced from photos alone; larger damage may need a quick in-person look.
3. Your vehicle's year, make, and model (and trim if you know it). Aluminum-panel and high-strength-steel vehicles are repaired slightly differently, which can affect the quote.
4. Your zip code or neighborhood so we can give you a realistic timing window. We service all of Charlotte plus surrounding areas.
